Thank you for shopping with Moriah Atelier. Every piece is created with intention and care, and we are committed to delivering your order as smoothly as possible.
Each pair of Moriah Atelier heels is crafted using thoughtfully sourced materials, including reclaimed textiles. As a result, some styles may be produced in limited quantities and require additional preparation before shipment. We appreciate your patience as we create pieces designed to be treasured for years to come.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During collection launches, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.
Moriah Atelier is not responsible for these charges, and payment of such fees is the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Moriah Atelier is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at Support@moriahatelier.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's responsibility.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact both the shipping carrier and our customer service team for assistance.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.
